More Apartment BS.

Things are going with the apartment app. Got a call Saturday about our previous landlord, getting info on a previous landlord before that, and a screwup on a phone number.

Turns out or previous landlord has jumped ship. He had an old house mysterious burn down, and now a second one, that also wasn't selling, has done the same. Makes for interesting times, but also makes it hard to get a rental reference.

Also had to fax in income verification (hooray for crappy automated systems!), but no big deal there. Waiting on another reference tomorrow, and hopefully hear something soon after that. They've stayed in contact, though, so I'm hoping it's a positive thing.

I guess we'll find out soon enough. Hopefully that'll help my mood....
